Welcome to ChrisAlly Events & Party Rentals! We're committed to creating safe, joyful, and stress-free events for our customers across North Georgia. By placing an order with us—online, by phone, or in person—you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. By booking with us, you agree to the rental item descriptions, rental period, delivery details, and pricing outlined at the time of your reservation.

2. Payment Terms

- Full payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept all major credit cards. Payment must clear before equipment is dispatched.
- Late payments may result in cancellation or delivery delays.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event are eligible for a refund minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event may receive a rain check or credit toward a future rental, subject to availability.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Weather Policy

We operate rain or shine—unless it's unsafe. For outdoor rentals:
- If high winds, lightning, or flooding conditions are present, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental for safety.
- If unsafe conditions prevent setup, you may receive a credit toward a future date.

5. Setup & Delivery

- Setup and takedown are included in most inflatable rentals. Please ensure the site is clear, accessible, and free of debris or animal waste.
- Free delivery is offered within 16 miles of Woodstock, GA for qualifying orders. Fees may apply for extended travel or non-standard delivery conditions (e.g., stairs, elevators, long carries).

6. Customer Responsibilities

- A responsible adult (18+) must be present during setup and for the duration of inflatable use.
- Equipment must not be moved or altered after setup.
- Please follow all posted and provided safety instructions.
- Damages caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow guidelines will be charged to the renter.

7. Safety & Liability

- All equipment is inspected, sanitized, and maintained to meet industry safety standards.
- ChrisAlly Events is fully insured, but we are not liable for injuries or property damage that occur due to customer misuse or failure to supervise.
- Renters assume full responsibility for safe use during the rental period.

8. Equipment Damage or Loss

- If equipment is damaged, excessively soiled, lost, or stolen during your rental period, you may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Do not allow food, drink, face paint, silly string, or pets on inflatables—these cause permanent damage.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and media assets are the property of ChrisAlly Events & Party Rentals and may not be reused without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

ChrisAlly Events reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates agreement to the most recent version.
